Alright, it's almost a wrap.  The Local Job Board Killer promo period is ending soon.

With that, I'm sending you some answers to some questions I've received over the last few days.

Here they are along with my answers:

This seems very different.  Will I need to convince, explain or hard-sell prospects?

A) The angle IS different, but the service is common.  It's a simple lead-generation service with the consultant generating "job-candidate" leads instead of customer leads (This target is actually much easier than regular customer lead gen).  And since most businesses struggle with hiring... they'll 'get-it' right away.

Does this use FB Ads? I don't have a Facebook account

A) Yes.  Get an account.  The minimal time involved to create an account will be well worth it.  Again, targeting "new-hire" leads is much easier than any of the typical lead gen targets. The results will speak loud and clear. 

How many new job candidate leads can I expect?

A) Results will vary base on your area market.  But I can tell you what our results here in NC are.  Running an ad at $10/per day (paid for by my clients), typically generates 7-10 Quality leads (Not the flaky ones they're used to) per day.   This will also vary based on the job industry.

Is this a recurring service?

A) Yes and no.  If it takes more than a month to fill the client's job opening, then yes - they keep paying monthly.  But once the job is filled - the service is done. But that's good news. Since positive results for your client are so easy to create, many will come back to you as they continue to have hiring needs.  Many hire throughout the year. Also, your results wills bring add-on services, most likely, making this the ultimate Foot-In-Door service.
