Here are some Frequently Asked Questions and Answers.

During this launch we've come across some questions from customers that continually popped up. Because of that we are addressing them here.  Be sure to read the entire ebook before launching a campaign.

  • Q.Do I have to use my own money for client ads?

    A.No.  My recommendation is to get paid up front for your services and use our method in the PDF training to access their account – this way they will be using their own credit card for ad spend.

  • Q.Isn't this just banner advertising inside the Gmail inbox?

    A.No.  Google has recently changed this function.  Your ads will look almost exactly like the other emails that hit their inbox which will help your conversions.

  • Q.Do prospects really look inside the "social" and "promotions" tab in their email inbox?

    A.Yes – All day long.  Since you and I are both marketers, we tend to be desensitized to promotions.  Know this – the general public and business owners search these folder more than you think.   Google wouldn’t put out a whole strategy that was not working.

  • Q.Do I need to research a lot of keywords for this?

    A.No.  In fact you don’t have to use keywords at all!  In our training we show you how to target a market audience that is Ready to buy now!

    In our OTO we show you methods of keyword research that will help narrow your audience even more.

  • Q.Can this method be used in other niches?

    A.You hit the nail on the head!!  I have had success using this system with contractors, restaurant owners, and loan brokers, realtors, life insurance agents, and more.  It’s my program but I don’t have a monopoly on ideas if you want to reach out to me… go for it!

  • Q.Is there a particular day and/or time that works best when running ads?

    A.This is hard to pinpoint because each niche is different.  Monitor your campaigns to see what times are getting the most activity and conversions.  Then change your settings after a couple weeks of tweaking.   OTO1 Goes into detail on how to do this.

  • Q.What daily budget would you recommend?

    A.Since Gmail Ads are much more affordable than other advertising methods, most markets can start with $5-$15 per day and see over 75 clicks per day if done right.  Of course each market and niche is different so this could vary.

  • Q.How many leads should I expect for my client every month?

    A.I cannot promise an average lead count because there are many factors that play into getting results.  Niche, budget, service, value prop, audience selection just to name a few.

  • Q.When a potential client contacts me, how should I start the conversation so not to say the wrong thing.

    A.I would try to build rapport by just asking about their business, how long they’ve been selling real estate, where they are from etc. –  Believe it or not this is very important. Then I would say something like this:

    Well, I want to thank you, _______.   And My thank you is for taking the time to explore a powerful method of getting your name out to the community on a faster and larger scale.  Since we’re both busy, I’d like to set up a time to go over a short explanation our method with you.  I have ____ or ____… which is better for you?

    I do this because I do not like to go right into the presentation.  I want them to expect a presentation when I call.  This way, when you call back, they will be ready and open.  If you purchased the upsell, you can just say you’d like to send them a video explanation instead of setting up a phone appointment.

  • Q.How long have you been selling real estate and are you still licensed?

    A.I sold residential real estate for over 13 years.  This ebook came into creation in April of 2017.   In June of 2017 I decided not to renew my License in an effort to put all of my concentration on offline and online marketing.   I still help real estate agents become more efficient and profitable today.
